Ingredients

Pieces:-8+
1500 g apples
100 g unsalted butter
40 g unsalted butter (for the sauce)
320 g whole-wheat flour
1½ tbsp whole-wheat flour

1 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp cold water
½ tsp salt

    Mix dry ingredients with cool butter using your hands until crumbly. Then step by step add cold water. Form the dough in 2 balls (one is a bit bigger)

    Let the dough chill in the fridge for 1 hour

    Peel and core apples, cut in two half’s and slice into pieces.
