Pre heat oven to 450° Add fresh ginger, Sriracha, soy sauce and honey together in a bowl. Mix until Incorporated, set aside.
Use garlic powder and ground ginger to make a seasoning, season the chicken, then add the rest of the seasoning to the flour in a separate bowl. Toss wings to coat.
Place wings on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flip wings and bake for 25 more.
