2 tbsp chia seeds
250 g Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
1 tbsp ground cardamom
eggs
1000 ml water
200 g blueberries
4 tbsp honey
800 ml almond milk
70 g chopped almonds

    • 250 g Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
    • 1 tbsp ground cardamom
    • eggs
    • 1000 ml water
    • 200 g blueberries
    • 4 tbsp honey
    • 800 ml almond milk
    • 70 g chopped almonds
    • saucepan
    • whisk

    Combine the chia seeds, oats, cardamom and water in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir until combined and soft. Whisk the eggs. Add the eggs, stirring constantly until the oatmeal has a creamy consistency. Top with blueberries, honey, almonds and almond milk.
