1 head cauliflower
100 g flour
2 tsp smoked paprika powder
2 tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
175 ml almond milk
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp oil or water

    • 1 head cauliflower

    Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Preheat the oven to 375°F / 195°C.

    • 100 g flour
    • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • salt
    • pepper

    Mix the dry ingredients and almond milk until a smooth paste. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture to coat and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F / 195°C.

    • 175 ml almond milk
    • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
    • 2 tbsp Sriracha
    • 1 tbsp oil or water

    Make the sauce mixture. When the cauliflower is done cooking, baste it with the sauce and put it back in the oven for ten minutes at 450°F / 230°C.

    Serve and enjoy. Goes great with ranch dressing, tzatziki, and more.
