“An easy recipe to make a dish from chicken breasts in a new way. You can serve it with any garnish, but I prefer it with brocolli or baked vegetables.”

chicken breasts
3 tbsp sour cream
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp flour
egg
oil (for frying)

    Chop the chicken breasts into very small cubes and put in in a bowl

    Crack an egg into the bowl with chicken. Add salt, pepper. Stir all together. Add sour cream, stir it once again. Add flour and stir for the last time.
