Preheat your oven into 200°C
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry them in golza oil until they look transparent and golden.
Mix the milk and bread crumbs in a big bown. Mix them together
Add the spieces and the egg into the mixture and mix. Then add the onion and the ground beef in and mix. Do not mix too long though
Make sure your hands are wet and roll the mixture into small balls in your hands
Put the meat balls into the heated oven for 20 minutes
