- 16 ladyfingers
- 7 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 5 scoops Marsala wine
Use about 2 cups of hot water to make espresso with the instant powder and put Marsala wine. Stir it up and let it set for a few minutes. Then lightly moisturize ladyfingers with the mixture.

Lay one layer of lady fingers in your container

- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sugar
Whip mascarpone cheese cream cheese together with a whisk. Then use another bowl to whip whipping cream. Combined together using a spatula.

Spread mascarpone mixture on ladyfingers and repeat for another layer until the container mostly filled up
Step 5/5
- 3 tbsp Chocolate powder
- 1 bar 90% cocoa dark chocolate bar
- 3 pinches sea salt
Finely chop up dark chocolate bar and mix together with chocolate powder and sea salt. Dust on top and enjoy!
