Ingredients

2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats
  • Step 1/4

    • 2 cups sugar
    • ½ cup milk
    • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 4 tbsp butter
    • ½ tsp salt

    Combine in a medium sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil.

  • Step 2/4

    • ½ cup peanut butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Take off the heat and add

  • Step 3/4

    • 3 cups quick oats

    Stir in oats to taste

  • Step 4/4

    Scoop onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled and rest in the fridge or freezer for at least an hour
