Cook the pasta in salted water for about 12-13 minutes (al dente)
Let’s make the sauce: put 2-3 tbsp olive oil in the pan
Add the 1/2 finely chopped union and after that add 1 tbsp minced garlic
Add 3 tbsp tomato paste and cook on a low to medium flame. Cook until the raw smell is gone (2-2.5 min)
Add 1 tsp red chili flakes, also add 1/2 black pepper powder, salt as per taste and 1/4 tsp red chili powder
Add 6-7 tbsp heavy cream
Add 1/2 tbsp butter
Add 1/4 cup reserved pasta water.
Add the pasta to your sauce and mix it.
Serve it with fresh leaves of basil and Parmesan cheese (as much as you like)
