Ingredients

2 cups kale
1 cup red cabbage
1 cup cabbage
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup scallion
¾ cup carrot
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup Lemon juice
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic
¼ tbsp Salt
⅓ cup roasted peanut

    • 2 cups kale
    • 1 cup red cabbage
    • 1 cup cabbage
    • 1 cup red bell pepper
    • 1 cup green bell pepper
    • ¼ cup cilantro
    • ½ cup scallion
    • ¾ cup carrot

    Chop all vegetables into thin long strips (julienne)

    Mix sauce ingredients
