Wash, clean and distribute the green salad on both plates.
Wash and cut the tomatoes and place them with the diced avocados on the plates.
Stir the eggs in a bowl and season with herbs, salt and pepper. Then put the mass into the pan and fry the omelet with a little butter.
Dice the old bread and fry it in the pan with some olive oil.
Cut the omelet into smaller pieces and add it with the bread cubes on the salad. Enjoy!
