Classic hot chocolate with whipped cream

- 250 g milk
- 125 g heavy cream

Heat the cream and milk in a sauce pan until hot. Don’t let boil

- 40 g bittersweet chocolate

Turn off heat, add chocolate and whisk until completely melted. Add salt to taste
