Ingredients

egg yolks (for breading)
140 g sugar
50 g butter
125 ml milk
180 g flour
1 drop salt

    • egg yolks (for breading)
    • 140 g sugar

    Bit egg yolks with sugar (3tbs has to be saved apart for the end

  • Step 2/6

    • 50 g butter
    • 125 ml milk
    • 180 g flour
    • 1 drop salt

    Melt butter. Pour half of it in yolks. Add milk, salt, flour and mix it all.

  • Step 3/6

    Put all in a cake form.

  • Step 4/6

    • apples

    Peel the apples and cut it moon halves

  • Step 5/6

    Add apples in a pie vertically and rain it with the rest of yolks ans spill sugar on top

  • Step 6/6

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
