“Lite Flaxseed milk has only 25 calories per cup and is great base. It is surprising the oats dissolve without leaving overnight or cooking, but with enough blending, they do. Vary the frozen fruit. Especially liked strawberry banana.”

Blend using smoothie setting until desired consistency
Optionally, garnish with fruit, whipped cream, yogurt, and/or ice cream
