½ avocado
1 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp butter
multigrain toast
1 tsp mild chilli pepper powder
1 tsp Aleppo pepper

    making the avocado spread, put half a ripe avocado into a bowl and mix well till you have a chunky paste. mix with the zest and juice of a lime or lemon, add a tbsp of yogurt to make it extra light.
