Heat butter in large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently for about 1-2 mins or until fragrant.
Add broth, milk and pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Being pot to boil, then down to a simmer. Stir occasionally. Cook pasta through, about 18-20 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan .
If mix is to thick add more milk.
Serve immediately with parsley sprinkled on top.
