Slice onions, bell pepper and mushrooms.
Heat your oven up to 200 degrees Celsius and put the chicken in to the oven.
Finely chop garlic
Add everything to the pan
Cook the onions, garlic, bell pepper and mushrooms with a splash of water. Until the onions are tender.
Prepare everything else while you’re waiting
Now pour the milk and the water in to the pan, whit the thyme, oregano, broccoli, salt, pepper and bullion. Cover whit a lid until it starts to boil. Cook for about 10min.
Add the spinach and cover whit a lid until the spinach is softened.
Take the chicken out when cooked and slice in to pieces.
Add the chicken and lemon juice to the pasta when the liquid are almost evaporated.
Stir everything together and taste if the pasta is cooked, or if it need som more salt or pepper.
Plate it up, and optional garnish whit chives or pepper.
