200 g whole-wheat fusilli
400 g spinach
100 g Parmesan cheese
⅔ tbsp red wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil

    Put the pasta and the garlic in a pan, boil for about 7 min, add the spinach and boil for another 5 min
