Ingredients

778 g chicken wings
8 g Small potato
broccoli
carrots
128 g Turmeric rice
70 g sweet chili sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Olive oil
2 pinches turmeric
1 scoop smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp salt
3 tsp black peppercorn grind
1 dash Lazy Chilli

Utensils

  • bowl
  • Fan oven
  • A mug or cup
  • Step 1/10

    Defrost chicken

  • Step 2/10

    • Fan oven

    Preheat oven to 220°

  • Step 3/10

    Wash chicken

  • Step 4/10

    • 70 g sweet chili sauce
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp Olive oil
    • 2 pinches turmeric
    • 1 scoop smoked paprika powder
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 3 tsp black peppercorn grind
    • 1 dash Lazy Chilli
    • A mug or cup

    Mix spices

  • Step 5/10

    • 8 g Small potato
    • carrots

    Peel and cut carrots and potatoes

  • Step 6/10

    Place in oven bowl: chicken, potatoe and carrots

  • Step 7/10

    • 778 g chicken wings

    Cook for 70 minutes, turning chicken every 20 minutes

    • 128 g Turmeric rice

    Cook rice with a salt and a pinch of tumeric

  • Step 9/10

    • broccoli

    Steam broccoli- 5-10 minutes till it’s slightly crunchy but soft.
