Ingredients

1 package tofu
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
1 dash black peppercorn

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    • 1 package tofu

    Drain water out of tofu. Either wrap in paper towel and microwave for 1 minute or wrap in paper towel and press between two plates for 10 minutes.

    • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • ¼ tsp ground cumin
    • 1 dash black peppercorn

    Crumble tofu in bowl and mix with ingredients.

    Spread on baking sheet and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s browned.

    Serve on top of any bowl or use for tacos!
