Sift flour, cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl, then add sugar and baking mix with a whisk until combined.
Add eggs into a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy, add vegetable oil, milk and salt beat until combined.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients beat with hand mixer.
Pour batter onto cupcake lined muffin tray bake at 180 Celsius for 17 minutes.
Let cupcakes cool for 15 minutes, while the cupcakes are cooking put cream cheese and some of the powdered sugar beat with a hand mixer until combined slowly add powdered sugar and cocoa powder beat until smooth.
Put the frosting into a piping bag and decorate!
