Ingredients

120 g gluten-free flour
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
180 g golden caster sugar
100 g coconut oil
150 g vegan chocolate
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Step 1/7

    Preheat the oven to 180 fan

  • Step 2/7

    Mix the flaxseed with 6 tbsp of hot water, leave to rest and thicken

  • Step 3/7

    Melt the coconut oil and chocolate together

  • Step 4/7

    Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl

  • Step 5/7

    Add the flaxseed mix to the flour bowl, beat together

  • Step 6/7

    Add the melted chocolate and coconut oil the the large bowl, beat together

  • Step 7/7

    Pour the mix into a prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes
