Step 1/10
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pepper
Whisk all ingredients one after another except flour and baking powder. No lumps should be formed

- 250 g whole-wheat flour
- 1 pinch baking powder
 Add flour and baking powder to the wet mixture

Rest for 10 minutes

Heat plain pan.

Mix butter and oil

Drizzle some of the oil and butter mixture so that it is enough for pancakes

Pour a ladle of batter on the pan

Put the lid over the batter and allow it to cook for a few minutes until you find some holes on the pancake

Remove the lid and flip the pancake then again cook the pancake for a few minutes

Remove the pancake and make more pancakes in the same way
