Cover the tortilla wrap with hummus
Cut the mozzarella cheese in thin slices
Cut the avocado and the paprika in parts
Spread the mozzarella slices on the wrap
Add the avocado and paprika slices
Add salt and pepper to taste
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan
Place the pizzawrap in the pan, let it bake for a couple of minutes until the mozzarella is melted. (Once the pizza is in the pan, lower the temperature and cover the pan with a lid or alluminium foil)
