Ingredients

150 g rice flour
1 tbsp potato flour
1 tsp baking powder
70 g sugar
egg
150 g natural yogurt
50 g oil
little bit of milk
blueberry
  • Step 1/4

    Measure dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

  • Step 2/4

    Add egg, natural yogurt, oil and a little bit of milk. Mix everything until smooth.

  • Step 3/4

    Transfer to a cake tin and sprinkle with blueberries.

  • Step 4/4

    Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
